Return Process

  Log into your SoulTree account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the original invoice.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
